Heritage houses, balconies and the pool
Dudley Street is a heritage conservation area. The Randwick local list includes interwar bungalows and late Federation houses on that street. For a house pool we use frameless or semi-frameless glass, and we place the gate on the path people use to reach the water. For a balcony, stair or deck we use a glass balustrade, or a privacy screen where you want seclusion and airflow without closing the ocean light.
