Quiet glass on flat buildings and heritage rows
Aston Gardens is a heritage conservation area of interwar flat buildings in garden settings, on a slope that falls steeply away from Victoria Road. A glass balustrade is the usual job there. The Victoria Road heritage row, at 165 to 179 near the upper edge of Cooper Park, is interwar flats with sandstone faced basement garages. A privacy screen can close a side passage. Ask Woollahra Council if the address sits inside either area.
